I don’t just consult on retail—I live it. After two decades in the corporate trenches scaling brands and managing million-dollar budgets in marketing and SaaS, I decided to apply that executive-level strategy to my own backyard.

In 2024, my wife Danielle and I founded Pelham Market & Provisions on Main Street.

That shop was my masterclass in the "un-glamorous" side of retail. I went from boardroom strategy to managing local supply chains and balancing the books during 80-hour weeks. I know the weight of those keys because I carry them, too.
