"I’m already working 80 hours a week. How much of my time will this take?" 

I started this business because I know you’re the bottleneck—I won't make that worse. The initial Profit Audit takes about 30 minutes of your time. From there, I do the heavy lifting in the background. My goal is to remove tasks from your plate, not add "homework" to your Sunday night.

"My POS system is ancient. Can you still help me?" 

Absolutely. You don't need high-tech software to find your margins. Whether you’re on a modern cloud system or a 10-year-old legacy terminal, if it spits out a basic report, I can find the data. If you’re still on paper-and-pen, our first "Quick Win" will be getting you digitized so you can finally see your business clearly.

"How much does the Profit Audit cost?" The initial Profit Audit is a flat fee of $495. 

This covers the data deep-dive, the 1-on-1 review, and a clear roadmap of your top 3 margin leaks. If I can’t show you at least $500 in potential savings or "hidden" profit during our session, the audit is on me. I only want to work with you if I can move the needle.

"What happens after the audit?"

No "forever" contracts. After the audit, you’ll have a clear list of what needs to be fixed. You can take that list and fix it yourself, or hire me to handle Phase 2 (Tactical Fixes) and Phase 3 (Systems) for you. Those projects are quoted based on the size of your shop and how fast you want to move.

"Is my shop too small for this?"

If you have inventory, a lease, and at least one employee, you aren't too small. In fact, smaller shops often have the biggest "hidden" leaks because every dollar counts more. If you're "busy but broke," you're exactly the right size for a fix.

"Do you only work with shops in Pelham?" 

I’m a Pelham resident and shop owner, but I work with retailers throughout Southern New Hampshire and the Merrimack Valley. If you're within an hour's drive, I’m happy to get my boots on the ground at your location to see the operation firsthand.
